FRIENDLY REMINDER
As our program continues to grow, lesson spaces remain limited, and our teachers are in high demand.
To help us plan schedules and serve families well, withdrawal requests are now due by the 15th of a student's final month of lessons.
Lessons remain contract-free and month-to-month, with no long-term commitment required.
If notice is received after the 15th, the following month will become the student's final month.
We truly appreciate everyone's understanding and support as we continue growing thoughtfully together.
Is Your Teacher Almost Booked?
Many of our teachers are nearly at full capacity. If you need to switch times, check for openings, or join a waitlist, our office team is happy to help you find the right fit.

Music Tip of the Month: Saxophonists
Good tone starts with good breath. Focus on steady air support and relaxed embouchure. Practice scales slowly and listen carefully to your pitch and tone quality. A few consistent minutes each day will help you grow and sound your best.

Musical Ladder Success
Congratulations to all of our students who earned new Musical Ladder achievements this month. We are proud of your dedication, hard work, and musical growth. Keep climbing!

Why Kids Who Take Risks Learn Faster
Have you noticed your child gets more upset over one wrong answer than losing a whole game?
A Stanford study found kids improve faster when praised for effort instead of being called “talented.” The biggest gains came from kids willing to make mistakes in front of others.
We see this constantly in music lessons. Students who laugh, recover, and keep trying usually progress the fastest. Try this at home: ask your child to teach you something they're learning, mistakes included.
Confidence grows faster when perfection pressure shrinks.

19 Years of Music and Gratitude at Parker Music Academy
For 19 years, Parker Music Academy has been a place where music lessons turn into lifelong memories, and we are deeply honored to carry forward the vision of our founder, Bill Engel. His passion for music education set the foundation we continue to build on every day.
To our students, families, teachers, and staff: thank you for being the heart of this community. Your dedication, trust, and love of music make everything we do possible.
As we celebrate 19 years, we are proud of our past and excited for all that is still to come.
